Weather east of the foothills

Windsor roofs have nowhere to hide.

Windsor sits between Fort Collins and Greeley on open ground, and its roofs take the full Front Range season: hail in spring and summer, wind that finds every loose shingle edge, high-altitude UV that dries out sealant, wet spring snow that loads valleys and gutters, and the freeze-thaw cycles that work fasteners loose. What matters is who looks closely and honestly afterward.

After a storm, note the date and take a few photos from the ground. Then schedule an inspection before you sign anything with a crew that knocked on the door. Our findings are yours to keep, and we never suggest a claim your roof does not support.

Coverage

Windsor, and the towns on either side of it.

Windsor sits between our Fort Collins base and Greeley, so we pass through often and can fit inspections and follow-ups around nearby work. We serve the established streets in the older part of town and the newer subdivisions around it, where many roofs went on within a few years of each other.

We cover Northern Colorado from Fort Collins outward. If you are near but not in one of these towns, ask.

Windsor questions

Answers for Windsor homeowners.

Do you actually work in Windsor, or just list it?

We work in Windsor. It sits between Fort Collins and Greeley, both of which we serve, so we are through town regularly for inspections, jobs and follow-ups.

My whole street got hit by hail. Do I still need my own inspection?

Yes. Hail damage varies house to house with roof age, pitch, shingle type and which slopes faced the storm, and your carrier evaluates your roof on its own.

Will you tell me if my roof does not need work?

Yes, in writing. If the inspection shows a sound roof or a small repair, that is what the report says. We do not recommend replacement to justify the visit.

Can you match my siding if only one side of the house is damaged?

We match profile, texture and color as closely as available products allow, and we show you the sample before ordering. If an exact match is not possible, you hear that before you approve anything.

Does wind alone cause enough damage to matter?

It can. Wind lifts shingle edges, breaks the seal strip and tears tabs, which lets water in later even when nothing blew off. An inspection catches lifted shingles before the next storm finishes the job.

Do you help with the insurance paperwork?

We provide dated photos and a written scope you can share with your carrier, and we can meet the adjuster on site. We do not negotiate claims, interpret your policy or waive deductibles.
