What we build and restore
Roofing first. Siding and exteriors, done to match.
Every service starts with a documented inspection and a written scope. You see what we see before any work is approved.

Roofing
Asphalt shingle systems matched to Front Range hail, wind, UV and freeze-thaw cycles.

Siding and exterior
Siding repair and restoration, fascia repair, trim restoration and storm damage exterior repair, matched to the rest of the home.

Roof coatings
Elastomeric systems that extend the life of sound, low-slope roofs, when an inspection shows coating makes sense.

After the storm, a calm read
Hail damage rarely shows from the ground.
Impact bruising, granule loss and lifted shingle edges usually need an up-close look. A proper storm inspection covers shingles, flashing, ridges, valleys, vents, gutters, siding, trim and visible water-entry points.
We photograph and document what we find. The findings are yours to keep, whether or not you hire us. We do not negotiate insurance claims or promise claim outcomes; we give you an honest record of your roof’s condition.

Plain answers
Questions homeowners actually ask.
Do you serve my area?
We are based in Fort Collins and work across Northern Colorado, including Loveland, Windsor and Greeley. Outside that range? Ask, and we will tell you honestly.
What should I do after hail or wind damage?
Note the date, photograph anything visible from the ground, and stay off the roof. Then schedule an inspection so the damage is documented up close.
Who should I call first, a roofer or my insurance company?
Many homeowners get the roof inspected and documented first, so they know whether a claim is even worth filing. Check your policy’s reporting deadlines either way.
Will homeowners insurance pay for roof repair?
Policies differ. Sudden storm damage is often covered; gradual wear usually is not. Your insurer decides, and clear photo documentation helps them decide accurately.
Can a hail-damaged roof be repaired, or does it need replacement?
It depends on how dense the impacts are, how widespread, and the roof’s age and condition. An inspection distinguishes a repairable roof from one at the end of its life.
What is a fair price for a roof repair?
It depends on the damage extent, materials, roof pitch and access. We do not quote from the ground. You get a written, itemized scope after inspection, before any work.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements take one to three days, depending on size, pitch and weather. You get a schedule with your scope.
When does roof coating make sense?
On low-slope roofs that are aging but structurally sound, an elastomeric coating can extend service life at a fraction of replacement cost. The inspection tells us whether yours qualifies.
Do you repair siding and exterior storm damage?
Yes. Siding repair and restoration, fascia, trim and exterior coatings, matched to the rest of the home.
What happens during an inspection?
We walk the roof and exterior, photograph shingles, flashing, ridges, valleys, vents, gutters, siding and trim, and give you written findings. You decide what happens next.
Do you work with insurance documentation?
We provide the photos and written scope you can share with your insurer. We do not negotiate claims, act as adjusters or promise outcomes.
What warranties are available?
Warranty terms depend on the materials and scope of work, and they are spelled out in writing with your estimate. Specific workmanship and manufacturer terms are published once confirmed.
