About Forever Home: Roofing and Restoration in Fort Collins

Forever Home is a residential roofing and siding company based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We inspect and document first, put every scope in writing, and start work only after you approve it. This page explains how that works.

How we work

Inspect first. Write it down. Then you decide.

A roof is easy to sell from the driveway and hard to judge from there. So every job starts on the roof, with a camera. You see what we see before anyone recommends anything.

The findings become a written scope: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what each option costs. Nothing gets added to that scope later without your say-so.

  • Inspection and photo documentation before any recommendation
  • A written, itemized scope with the options explained in plain English
  • Work begins only after you approve that scope
  • Job sites cleaned up at the end of every working day
  • Direct communication with the people doing the work

What you can expect

Four steps, in the same order every time.

01

You reach out

Send the short form or call. We ask what you have noticed and set a time that works for you.

02

Inspection and documentation

We walk the roof and exterior, photograph what we find, and put the findings in writing. They are yours to keep either way.

03

You approve the scope

Before work begins, you review the findings, the options and the written scope, and you decide. No pressure, no surprise line items.

04

Work, cleanup, walkthrough

The approved scope is built, the site is cleaned, and we walk the finished work with you before we call it done.

Why the process matters here

Front Range weather is hard on roofs.

Fort Collins and the rest of Northern Colorado get hail in the warm months, strong wind off the foothills, intense UV at altitude, snow load in winter and freeze-thaw cycles for much of the year. Each one wears on shingles, flashing, sealant, siding and trim in its own way.

Most of that wear does not show from the ground. Impact bruising, granule loss and lifted shingle edges are found up close. That is why we do not quote from the driveway, and why the same documented process applies whether you are dealing with storm damage, a slow roof leak, or a roof that is simply reaching the end of its life.

If a storm is involved, you get the photos and written scope you can share with your insurer. We do not negotiate claims, act as a public adjuster, or promise what your insurer will decide. The insurance claim documentation page explains exactly what we do and do not do.

Where we work

Based in Fort Collins. Serving Northern Colorado.

We work from Fort Collins outward, close enough to show up for the inspection, follow up after the job, and stand behind the work.

Outside these cities? Ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can get there.
